Enough with the ridiculous post about the SEC not doing anything.

They have NO authority over a business for doing business not matter how poorly a business performs. They can only enforce the laws and regulations. Explain exactly what law or regulation GBSN has broken?

Here a hint the "small shareholders" that people want the SEC to protect are the very same people that allow these companies to exists and thrive.
They deserve exactly what they get. It is their stupid greed that is the problem, the GBSN's would not exist without them.
