Well lets take a step back here. I'll defend Ed when needed, but as a stockholder I really would like to know where the funds will end up.

He sold the real estate as an officer of Greenpay LLC not personally.

How and why the real estate was under Greenpay is no interest to me, but where the funds end up is much interest to me as shareholder!
