actually it is in the process of a sustained breakout with a bit of consolidation along the way.



this is no ordinary breakout.

why? because stock has been manipulated and kept down artificially.

but the biggest reason why this breakout will continue is because the stock is deeply undervalued compared to its peers.


and deeply undervalued in absolute terms also.


translation: it is going to continue to rise.
