It was in the sale agreement with L3 that upon the sale closing they had to change their name from Implant Sciences to the new name. So they were required to do that and that does not necessarily mean that the company will go forward.

I can definitely see it happening that way. So, all I need is for Liscouski to run the new Secure Point shares from 6 cents to $1.60 like he did with IMSC and I'm out of here. After all, once we are debt free it should be much easier to borrow money. Put 10-20% down on some existing small cap. Lots of entrepreneurs would be happy to cash out their small business fir 50 million and quit while their ahead. This is NOT a recommendation ,BUT, I've done real well investing in ESSI over the last few years. Not all pink sheets are doomed.
