For all intent and purpose, yes. Let's be real about this. 1. Some of the actors are in jail or have other suits against them unrelated to ours. 2. The suits have been submitted in the State of Nevada. 3. Previous attempts have been proved futile due to our being out flanked by the Company lawyer or by our hires. 4. As far as I know we do not have representation. 5. The S.E.C., F.B.I. etc, have no interest in our case. 6. I detect no interest from shareholders to fund another round in court. 7. Should we prevail in any case brought there is no avenue for any leverage either in or out of court. By some chance you may know more than I, but, I maintain our climbing this mountain in a snowstorm remains a near impossible task. What say you?
