DLCR~I think its' about a share buy-back program--We had a tweet by Warren earlier,a month or so ago, mentioning a discussion about share structure; and now two follow-up Emails. I had mentioned a share reduction program to Warren a while back as a way to stabilize the Share Price.

It's a valid and normal consideration,imo.
