I agree, and have been thinking the same.

We know that pharmacyte is raising funds for the trial and need about 10 million so it's no surprise if the pps is stuck at 12. A bit below twelve and the company loses the right to sell shares as the valuation slips below 75 million.

But is there something else happening too. I can't see level 2?

I suspect that over 12 at this stage of the company's development with 1 million shares now costing 120,000usd there are fewer and fewer investors wanting to jump in.
