Agreed, the BOD of DECN should take Berman's phone away. His texts are going to get them in more trouble.

Wow, first Berman was going to sue me, then Cowan was doing a RICO suit, then DECN was suing me and now a retired lawyer who gave Berman and DECN advice on what a claim was worth without looking at anything but the complaint is going to come cross country and sue me.

All this because Berman and DECN put out a fraudulent misleading press release.

But in actuality, once TAUG settles a few little things I Think it will be BERMAN, DECN and the BOD that will be sued. AT least two of the BOD live in California, and the other one will most likely want to get away from Chicago for a week or so.

Who knew bringing up this whole scam appraisal by Mike Belcher would get Berman so riled up.

Why does Berman and The DECN BOD want to interject himself in a lawsuit that does not have anything to do with them. They would have been wise to just take their ball and go home when the deal Berman proposed was rejected.

Instead they have opened DECN up to litigation and depositions. IT is bad enough Johnson and Johnson lawyers are salivating at all the information they have on Berman. If Berman's credibility is important in the Johnson trial Berman is going to be exposed as a lying scumbag lunatic. Between what the folks at Shasta and Taug have given to Johnson and Johnson to research, as well as Berman's own texts and emails he is seriously damaging DECN's negotiating power with Johnson if the case gets past the motion to dismiss.

Anyone have a straight jacket and a muzzle, because that is what this joker Berman needs.
