Trading question:

Was watching the volume and around 3:30 pm it started trading 100 share lots every second, at the ask, for about 10 minutes or so.

Who is trading this stock in 100 share lots?

Could it be PPHM with standing sell orders of 100 shares lots for the ATM? and they fill as buyers come on?

or something else? not a trader but thought this was strange.

any insight would be appreciated
