For if so, perhaps the pps will begin to rise once again, like it was a couple of months ago, before all of this GD dumping started happening, ey? But I don't think that that will happen unless we get a good, solid meat & potatoes type PR first, IMO. And not just a TWITTER ''tweet'', but a regular, mainstream, and expensive kind of PR; One that ALL of the world wide NECA participants will see, believe, and then act apon!!!
