Annuals & Q's are different

CVSI Annuals end 12/31

Annuals have 90 days to post
Quarterlies have 45 days

To be clear & honest they can release the annuals on 3-31-17, which is the same day Q1 ends. I've seen companies release annuals late, 4-15 then release Q1 a few days after.

**They can file extensions up to 15 days. But after that if not posted, they lose their OTC QB rating.

GLTUA we are in a channel of .48 - .68 give or take a couple. We don't want to close below .45 but we do want to close above .68
