I'm pretty convinced there's a giant discount for the CEO. He's just so conflicted, he self deals, see IRAK4 royalties to his hedge fund which he owns, he pays himself a fortune as a part time CEO, he's "executive chairman" of several Fortress Bio companies that are also in oncology. So what % is he working for shareholders and what % is he working for himself?
