That's a good point and also overall very insightful.

hopefully they tighten things up.

if Trump does create a construction rise then it wil be anyone guess whether they actually buckle up or hide the bloating with bigger overall numbers.

Trump will not be pro union, IMO. His buddy Steve Wynn also battles with them. Disney almost had to shut down because of his unions. I see Trump establishing better laws favoring owners with that holds the downside...unions only get upside and not liable for downside.

New laws would provide confinement for unions...AKS $30 can happen...huge upside when Trump starts actions.
