The SEC found multiple counts of securities fraud and detailed those counts in the suspension notice. You're correct in stating revo shouldn't of been banished to the grey market... revo should've been removed from all markets for defrauding investors.

And yes... revo was targeted by the SEC Microcap Fraud Task Force

Well, considering the offense they committed, they should not have been reduced to the grey in the first place. I have direct knowledge of a company that, from my standpoint, committed a far worse infraction and didn't get pushed to the grey. On top of it, they committed the same infraction twice, and was punished after the second time around. But still they didn't get sent to the grey. Hmmm! Yes, REVO was possibly targeted. IMHO!
And no, Humpty was not pushed!!
