We have some crossed wires here with Roche and RVUE. To begin with RVUE filed a 15-12G and there was absolutely no need for the form 4. Unless that party, Roche Enterprises decided to file it. Only exception would be RVUE going for OTC QB, QX or some new tier of kinda SEC Reporting on the OTC Markets quotation. I understand the OTC well and guys......... I am not confused on what Roche is doing. He is taking RVUE. It is Mark Pacchini that I have to question now. I brought this up and the past and seen heavy return fire. I think I had it right at day 1. Roche will clean house here and it is not selling shares. Mark Pacchini will be replaced soon and we will see a profit on the stock after that. I do have other reasons for this opinion that I do not care to disclose at this time.
