You missed the point - but we tend to agree on this being a pos. I do see your hypothetical point of "what if" but that's simply not case here and it would take more than 140 bucks "dumped" if it is inside dumping they walked off with 140 bucks and nothing more. He who bought would hold the bag good or bad faced with a split.
