I have been wondering the same thing, Cargo.... why would a company with all this potential have such a hard time putting out the 10k. If u have nothing to hide, it should be there for prying eyes to see... it certainly raises a red flag. I am not going to sell (yet), but I will proceed, cautiously optimistic. People say do ur DD, but nothing to DD bc no fins since 2014... that's contradictory....

If I didn't know better I would say your short NEWC.

Even In emails American Steel Industries tone of letter express uncertainty that NEWC would be able to deliver.

ASI knows there dealing with a small firm so of course they would show a little skepticism. If you had a coal mine and someone offered you a 90m contract, what would you do?. If it were me I'd be working my freaking a$$ off putting it together including making everything else a non priority.. smh

I agree Cargo - it does make you wonder what is really going on.

First of all, consider Occam's razor. The simplest solution is that with the closing of multi-million dollar contracts and the management of start-up operations/equipment for mining is an expensive and time-consuming endeavour. It is surely the top priority.

Newc's late 10K is not news. It's right there on the OTCMarkets page. Any investor who has more than a couple of grand here is already aware of this fact and eagerly awaits the 10K. In terms of risk/reward, I'm happy to pay 2-3 cents for a stock that's late on filings if it has billions in potential coal assets. Things are lining up here and I am a patient man. The patient will reap the rewards the impatient give us. All indications point to you being the latter.

All IMO. I'm not an adviser.
