The debt that this company has is huge! They are robbing Peter to pay Paul. This is the old bait and switch. They do a reverse split at 50 to 1 (shameful) to reduce outstanding shares and now, they pump out BILLIONS of new shares to payback debt holders and watch this POS tumble. Terrible business model with criminals running the show!!!
