that block comes back. when you blow through all your issued capital you "buy back stock" and it becomes a note convertible. oldest trick on the book when you can't issue any more shares or the SEC gets wise to you.

if they could do a PIPE they would but my guess is nobody will let them register one due to the witchdocotor'd accounting.
will they make it past mardi gras in 2017 or is there going to be an even worse movie this year than last?
