Raising taxes is never the answer, except for liberals. And they have never come up with a tax plan that is sustainable. Lowering taxes always spurs economic growth, as the common man has more disposable income to use. Besides HC is not a right. Every citizen has the right to pursue their ability to obtain it, but not to expect others to pay for it.
