I got back from skiing to find the sink in the bathroom upstairs leaking thru the floor, thru the living room ceiling, into the floor, thru the floor into the basement. Still have about 1/3 of my ceiling out. I took some of the money I made on NG during the Gonna Be A Long Cold Winter Rally and put it on a house that I closed last week. 4 college students moved into it this weekend.
