We will see. With pmcb now selling shares again the O/S is pushing 1 billion if not over now. IF they have to start from scratch again (Phase1) that will add years and 10's of millions of dollars investors will have to endure. Be a major setback and the share price would drop like rock. I've seen countless biotechs drop 50%+ on lesser of things. With CIAB being pmcb's only hope any negative FDA decision and they're done. It's a gamble nothing more.
