Umm your wrong after the trial and re-submittal it will be at least a year. 3-6 months for the new trial or trials. Also time to fill out paper work for the application and get all the data together. Then resubmit application wait for acceptance of the application then wait to hear if FDA gives approval which will take the entire 6 months for them. My guess approval earliest December 2017 or 1st 1/2 2018.
