I'm pretty smart and can make a reasonable conclusion as to what kind of evidence the SEC has. I know they have proof Treaty lied about the Belize oil strike. The Belize Government has already said Treaty did not find any oil, not even a single drop or even any oil shows... Treaty claimed they had both. They lied. Treaty also lied about the Texas oil production and that they would fix the many TRRC issues... More lies of course because I can see the production numbers and severance issues on the TRRC site. I also know what Treaty Energy has NOT done that a real oil company would have. Treaty Energy is an obvious scam and the SEC will have NO difficulty proving that.

Treaty and the gang of cons have also NOT acted like their innocent. They are actions like conmen by thinking they can bullshit their way out of this predicament. They have also lied to the court and refused to cooperate in any meaningful way.

The SEC has all kinds of evidence yet hety keep asking for extensions. The evidence the SEC has was written for them by the Hallin Gang of Con Minions

Can't wait to see the evidence the SECC has of Treaty saying they found oil. I remember the PR announcing it and every geologist onsite said there is believed to be oil.

The FBI did a thorough investigation after the Belize fiasco and they found there was no wrong doing. Proof is why the US Attorney would not file charges

I wish we would have had support of the US Attorney’s Office here to file criminal charges at the same time, though perhaps something will be forthcoming in your area now that you have done the heavy lifting.

2:28 PM I’d like nothing better to see (than) criminal authorities involved. The sad truth is that civil action will do nothing to stop career criminals like Blackburn. I think we did manage to make some positive impact though by changing the attorney though.
