In my experience, r/s is not a good thing for this type of stock. Without a source of capital other than venture, shorters would fleece the stock something fierce.
I believe McNally is the right guy for attracting that type of investment, and if he does, then it might be a different story. Depending on who is providing the cash injection, that could also affect price action, both to the upside as well as down.
If a bumbling idiot like Hargrove can sign a multinational like Longtai (if only for a half year), then let's give McNally a chance to show his stuff.
