By way of example, in the case where Tony sued MYEC, you will find proof of service.

Type in year - 2015 case no. 00184196

Document number 6 is proof of service whereby the Sheriff or Marshal personally delivered suit to the defendant. You will not find this with the case against Ken.

On a side note, the $5,000 settlement Ed said was agreed to with Tony is not listed in this case and they have some hearings set for later this year...wierd.

LOL, not just complex cases, but any lawsuit. Until one is "noticed/served" there is no lawsuit. Look at any case where MYEC has been sued.
