SMAA/Jennings failed to file a Notification of Late Filing for the 2016 Q3.

The problem with most OTCM investors is that they believe the company hype and never take profits - everyone should play the price action and always take profits. There is no virtue in being long - on the OTCM being long is a suckers play.

You are correct but they had at least been filing quarterly reports and keeping shareholders up to date on the happenings but even that has stopped. Many companies in the pinks don't file anything but can still be a good trade if you find the right information.
