Yes, I do remember now, the testing was already done. So then there is the reasonable possibility that the FDA will accept what has already been proven. Perhaps I misinterpreted this PR back then, but I thought these were proposals for an additional much larger study or studies that the FDA would require ELTP to execute. That is the news I was waiting on in the next PR to find out both the fiscal and time setback estimates prior to resubmission.
the FDA has made it clear an in vitro study would be accepted to confirm BE!! It would require a brand new human study which Elite can neither afford nor expect the desired results!!
However, expect Elite to announce they are moving forward with whatever the FDA requires, regardless of how IMPOSSIBLE the task, just to keep the Sequest PIPE DREAM alive so people keep buying their shares
