There were no proceeds from Colorado so that wont work. If you did DD on his other company he was CEO of you would see that the debt holders got the best of him over there. There was a pre arranged deal that was worked out with the CEO before Mike was hired there. Mike had no chance there. That's why he resigned. He walked away from a $10k a month job. He know he could not over come what they set up before he was brought in. He tried for like two years and just like that ticker got us it also got him. They might have not got all his money, but they did get his reputation. Well you know that already. That's why your here...lol
Mike will prove his worth to this company and soon you will see it. Just hope you get some shares before then.. GLTU
DD on that company would have explained exactly what was going on with the dilution and who was doing it - Mike could not stop it and thus could not make a viable company so he left. I encourage DD before buying any stock including Big Board Stocks.
