They likely already work with myriad successful MMJ companies, clinics and dispensaries to assist with the infrastructure during the seed to sale process. Meaning, Boulder extracts might just be one of SEVERAL consulting clients of HIRU at this point. IMO- we are going to fund that 12 people actually WORK FOR HIRU Corp via an aquisition or merger - and that they in turn will work with several companies servicing hundreds upon hundreds of employees. They are entering the SERVICING End (clinics and dispensaries) and then the infrastructure and supply (grow, safety, transport, sale, delivery)

1- HIRU Likely won't own Buolder extracts -- but rather, will serve as the following three roles:


THIS IS HUGE because I have DD to show that Boulder cannabis and extracts ISNT the only company which appears directly connected to Zimmerman and the recent filings for Colorado. In fact, what I will show next is even more mind blowing of the major connections to the Colorado MMJ HIRU likely has

Nonetheless, the letter I also received from John Zimmerman makes it very clear that :

1- Ray Barton is NOT involved at all here with HIRU and own none of the debt (I'm aware he can't own debt)
2- whatever existing debt there was...Zimmerman made it clear a plan was already in place to dissolve of that without the need for toxic dilution. case closed and checkmate



ITS EXTREMELY important to note also that the connections being made to some of these other guys like Barton is superficial at best and frankly- who really cares about if Barton once owned it or funded it years ago. He is clearly not funding this company NOW. So frankly. there is no difference between talking about the potentially wrong Adam Weiss as their is constantly bringing up the wrong Investment Funder in Ray Barton.
