This would not be any different than a company paying someone to send mass text or email promoting a stock.
Doing so is in violation of SEC rules and the penalties would most likely be but not limited to halting trading of the stock. If you do the research you will clearly see the President (founder) and Vice President are the real deal and would never put their company in jeopardy nor its shareholders.

I personally don't see any evidence of promoting on this board and that leads to the question I have for you... What led you to posting the question in the first place?

thought this was a forum for discussion, look at bud*, listen to the ceo, product and so far think it's one of the most undervalued otc stocks.
