That was my understanding as I almost did it the one day, but it was like $40 to do it and it wasn't worth it for the amount of money, but for 6k it would have been worthwhile..

The wires come through twice a day I believe at capital one, so I would do it as soon as banks open

No, the wire will take a little time. Depending on the bank, wires usually go out in batches and there is some delay. When I went all in back on October, I requested my bank to perform the wire before the market opened and it was actually exectuted a little after 11 AM. Hope this sets proper expectations. It cld go thru sooner, but dont be upset of there is a delay.
