Well hopefully that scenario doesn't happen, I am planning on pulling 75% on next run and sitting out and watching with the rest hopefully for long term

Yes, I did mention Form 4's awhile back.

I expected it on the last short run up, but evidently they decided against it with this recent 2.1 Million outside Convertible Financing.

I believe You will be right on the Money about the Form 4's when KAYS reaches the $1 Buck Price.
