1. Probably Not, 10-K usually covers everything up to December 31st. As the 110 Million shares were traded after that date, the company is not legally required to do so. However, most companies do put in a section about "subsequent events", which the 110 million shares may fall under.

2. Theoretically possible, but highly unlikely. A start for any increase in share price for this company would be the signing of more leases with leasees that are high-use (ie. factories or stores) in their electricity usage.
