I agree I remember the float changing from 12 to 17m but I know that was around the time I had talked to RS and he told me they where having money problems. No Scam artist in his right mind would tell you something like that if he was trying to dump his stock for a profit. he would just blow smoke at you and tell you only good news. also I believe we would see a lot more bogus PR. I wish the PPS was higher but its not. all I can do is wait. I have been in this one for along time but still have faith it will pay big one day.
