The only thing that matters is whether it's BEING sold, not that it IS for sale. But shareholders have no clue what revenues are since the first thing Tony did when he took over was to go dark and file the Form 15.
The company is a mess and so are the financials. The whole thing with FGFT is probably and even bigger mess. Then, there's Belfiore, which no one has any idea the status of.
Which together, probably explains why the name and symbol change hasn't taken place, yet, and may never.
I wonder if Miller's 1B shares are still restricted.
