Alot of this debacle is on him.

It's not a debacle, nor is it a scam........it's a biotech, a very speculative investment that fails much more often than it succeeds, despite having some of the best people running it. This fact justifies its price and biotech investors are happy with this structure, for if one is smart or lucky enough to pick one that makes it through the gauntlet, it promotes great wealth. The proper approach for investing in a company such as this is to expect it to fail and expect to lose your investment. It does not work well as a PRIMARY place to put money you will ever need. Enjoy the ride!

No, but I do know first hand that SK runs the show. Easy to determine by talking to him and those that work for Peregrine. I have spoken to him at ASM's over the years.

A lot of this debacle is on him.

ES gives him input on the board and has one vote. SK runs the operation. ES contributes on BOD decisions.
