I look more on the positive side.

If He secured 1 then the rest will be coming.

We just don't know when the other TWO stores will pass Inspection or when the Original Kaya Shack in Portland can transfer thier City License over to the State OLCC License.

They have a deadline.... sometime in March of 2017 to do that.
