No, CDEL is still manipulating this. Three week ago, when this got down to .05, CDEL was on the bid, I went .501, they went .0502 and so on. Some printed at .509 when I was the high bid, but I didn't get them. At .51 I started just matching their price but upping the number at bid. So they had 10000@.51, I went 20000@.51, they went 50000@.51, then I went 100000@.51 at which point another 15000 or so printed at .51 but I didn't get those either. They gave up moving up share count and just moved it higher. I never did get any cheapies, basically had to buy the ask. So yeah they still manipulating the price; they probably decided since they couldn't lower below 5 at that point, they would have to raise the price to manipulate it further.
