In a few months is not even close to updated. By the time it is submitted to OTC markets, it will be over THREE MONTHS OLD.
These otc companies DILUTE on a frequent basis while keeping traders in the dark.
Thats why its so important to have CURRENT share structure numbers.
When they arent provided its a big old bright RED FLAG.
