I guess I don't get it, you are correct. I don't see why any real revenue generating company would spin off their assets to all of you CSHD shareholders for the hell of it. The words 'equity' 'spinoff' and 'asset development' are being used to throw off all you MENSA members, and it appears to be working.
A 33% stake in Rocky Road Entertainment and Brittenum Brothers Entertainment, were each spun off to CSHD shareholders. How are these exciting ventures treating you?
