Ubetcha, in my post, my opinion was "taking action" back in the day would have put the company into extinction. For that reason I did not act.

Atta boy, Ubetcha. It's only January but that might be post of the year. Dino, post all you want; but it would be nice if you came up with some new material.

Ubetcha, The issue is WE know why the stock went up in the day. WE were there. WE relied on the statements made my the management of the company. We lived it. To have someone tell us it was naked shorts and not ....lets call them misleading statements is an insult. Dino is 100% right. Leitrim is right, it may not have been fraud but it was teetering on the edge if it wasn't IMO. Have nice weekend.
