I wouldn't really consider this a stock. It's more like the Nanotech Charity Fund. Pay off their loans, and they'll repay you with A/S increases and reverse splits. It's like throwing your money into a raging bonfire and hoping it somehow survives.
It's a paper printing scam, Kristul is a proven, criminal POS, that's about it...should've been halted at the first scam PR years ago, but SEC/FINRA do slightly more than nothing to protect shareholders, they're happy to let everyone swim at their own risk, like the filing fees...
