That is not new same way every time. It's how bad it gets after the short lived they create. Insiders will never stop dumping so price ends up crashing for good. Then until next time which usually is years and after they wipe common out with huge r/s. That has repeated here more than once. It's same people in control doing it yet again. Just look how it ends up. Not good.
