Come on guys, this is a one man dog and pony show. There are no Directors as Jim mentioned, if there were and they were competent directors they would have advised Jim to put out the financials for the last 2 quarters. How can Jim pull out of the Health Care Sector which happens to be one of the hottest sectors in the market and go into apps that help dairy farmers count cow farts. Come on, I can't even call this a SCAM because to have a scam you have to have false ads going out misleading investors, you have to have false accounting misleading investors, here you have nothing. No operations happening, no revenue, no employees. All you have is one lonely dairy farmer holding an app in his hand counting cow farts, and a BIG RED STOP SIGN on the OTC Market Website telling potential investors to stay away from this stock. Nice job Jim.. WOW !!!
