USPR is even worse than that other stock. USPR is delinquent now for a year whereas the other one is current.

A lot of similarities too.....both have referred to 43-101 reports, even though neither issuer is Canadian traded. USPR was sent letters by the SEC forbidding them from continuing to promote itself under the pretense of having a 43-101 compliant report. They complied for a couple years, but then decided that enough time had passed, and started doing it again....
