My only thought was at the time. RXMD had previous company management debt to clear in order to get the business to where it stands now. They wanted to do as quickly as possible so they brought in a firm. Whether they are pump and dump type is all opinion in my mind. They were successful and here the company sits now turning quarterly profits.

I am an investor too in this company however their are some within the organization that make all their deals suspect. Honestly the collusion between MIDAM and RXMD is suspect. I think that it might be acting as a tax shelter and shell company. Until they provide substantial evidence that supports all the claims they have made I will be not investing more money.

Either way I hope I am wrong and this skyrockets.
