They are gearing up for a great year.....no rush to do anything in the next few months so it will bounce back and forth......

Priming for complete takeover with 15% stake , great start as Boston could go for say $8 the rest 85% of NVCN at a cost of a little over $500mil to seal it

Seems the norm for some starting moves to be taking a stake before the full deal , be it hostile takeover or friendly

With Boston Scientific though they are friendly with NVCN so even better

Still not to forget the #1 holder at close to 19% stake OPK CEO Phillip Frost so currently in light of all this I would put the 2 Top potential acquirers as BSX and OPK .

If is goes that way being taken over of course , on watch for any new moves , maybe increasing stakes for example
