Alibaba's (NYSE:BABA) 5.6% stake in Groupon (NASDAQ:GRPN) is about as high as it wants to go, according to a report at StreetInsider, which cites a person familiar with matter.

Despite this story, Groupon has given back none of yesterday's rumor-related gains, and remains higher by 1.1% on today's session.
