Maybe some already own stock. And some might see it as helping their investment. If these guys cant move forward owning stock isn't going to matter.
Not sure why these guys don't want to use stock to raise money but hopefully they get what they need.

I spoke with them last night via FB messenger. They respond quick and will offer plenty of their time for a conversation. They don't run the stock side. They hired a 'consultant'. They know the brewing business not the stock business. They say they haven't given up on the stock but they haven't seen a cent in revenue from it. I offered they might be getting screwed by the consultant. Again, they admitted they have rudimentary knowledge of OTC. They're dedicated to getting the brewery going, being successful there and hope the stock will eventually come around to produce revenue. So, really, total lotto play here. I imagine the guy managing the stock is a schiester. My thought he's a greedy one and will pump and dump again.
